I'm honestly not an asshole about my images or people displaying them. I enjoy people being able to have fun with my pets. My ONLY concern is that I'm getting credit and a link back for what I'm doing and that copyright law is being obeyed. Any images posted online without a link back are restricting my site traffic and causing me grief.

1. Give Credit: Give credit where credit is due. All artwork is copyright Lavonia Martin. Adoptions are not free use images, they are "gifts" to users with legal stipulations.
2. General Copyright Law Applies.

Post a pet in a forum signature with a link back to Painted Echoes.
Post a pet in an forum avatar if you are able to link Painted Echoes in your signature.
Post pets in blogs with a link back to Painted Echoes.
Post pets in personal pages with a link to Painted Echoes.
Post pets in sites with questionable content with a link back to Painted Echoes. I do not judge where people post my art, it doesn't matter to me.
Post pets in Third Party Sites with a link back to Painted echoes. This includes Deviantart, community sites, game sites, etc. You do have my permission to post on said sites with clear and obvious credit to me (has to be in viewing area with image).
Post pet anywhere you can provide a link back to Painted Echoes.

Distribute pets on personal or third party websites. That means, do not go on a site such as Gaia or your own sites and put them up as adoptables for other people. Third party use prohibited.
Post a pet in a forum signature, avatar, etc. without a link back to Painted Echoes.
Post a pet in Neopets or other pet sites display, pageants, etc.
Post a pet in personal sites with no credit.
Post a pet on a third party website with no credit.
Post a pet anywhere without a link to Painted Echoes visible with the image.
